As part of the Celebrating a Tapestry of Giving 50th Anniversary of the William G. and Marie Selby Foundation, a history display has been created and can be viewed at each of the Sarasota County Public Libraries and at Historic Spanish Point during the month of June. The photographic display highlighted the life of Mr. and Mrs. Selby during the early 1900’s as well as spotlighting various community projects supported by the Selby Foundation.  The display was created by Ann Shank of the Sarasota County Department of Historic Resources.
