In 1958, Palmer First National Bank and Trust (now Wachovia) established this foundation to facilitate the administration of donations for charitable purposes in Sarasota County. Since being funded in 1967, this foundation has made grants for programs and capital projects in Sarasota County. This Foundation does not make grants to capital campaigns or multi-year commitments.
