Habitat for Humanity Sarasota, Inc. $300,000 Partially pay for construction of streets and sidewalks and installation of utilities in new community development of Jordan‘s Crossing.
Habitat for Humanity-Venice Area, Inc. $35,000 Matching grant to support the completion of the office/warehouse complex in South Venice.  Match of $30,000 must be made by April 29, 2005.
Manatee County Habitat for Humanity $360,000 Matching grant at $20,000 per house, maximum 18 homes.
Nokomis Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. $25,000 Matching grant for capital campaign to fund improvements to the training facility to meet Florida state standards. Match of $21,000 must be raised by April 29, 2005.
Renaissance Manor, Inc. $65,000 Help furnish 41 bedrooms for Permanent Supportive Housing complex in North Port.
SCOPE [Sarasota County Openly Plans for Excellence] $150,000 1:1 Matching Grant to support the core activities and goals of SCOPE.  A Match of $50,000 must be reached by March 29, 2005.  Three-year matching commitment.
Marie Selby Botanical Gardens $215,000 Support Phase II of the restoration and rehabilitation of the Selby House.
United Way 2-1-1 of Manasota $24,508 Partially Fund equipment costs for the newly formed organization.
Venice Little Theatre $45,000 Partially fund the purchase and installation of a new 26-dimmer lighting system for the MainStage and to relocate the current system to Stage II.
